Values Of Decision Participants

The values of decision participants represent a fundamental basis for judging whether something is good or bad or neutral, and hence making choices. Values derive from cultural traditions and social norms but are rarely invoked during a deliberative discourse being a part of the decision making process. Instead, people commonly voice their concerns, which derive from values.
