Plan Performance Evaluation

Like assessment, evaluating plan performance falls outside the scope of what is usually considered "a planning process," but is an integral part of the evaluation stage of adaptive management. Unlike assessment processes, evaluating plan performance is a spatial decision problem in its own right insofar as the objectives are 1) a decision as to how well the plan has performed, 2) decisions about how to adapt the plan if necessary.
