Toxic Site Management

Toxic site management refers to science-based policies and procedures designed to deal with stocks of toxic substances that could endanger the environment or human health. Usually such management relies on procedures to chemically detoxify or physically immobilize or isolate toxic materials so they do not leave the area or negatively affect the environment.
