Fuzzy Additive Weighting

Fuzzy (FSAW) additive weighting method is similar to Simple Additive Weighting Method (Weighted Linear Combination method). It is a method using the weighted average as the aggregation operator. FSAW operates on fuzzy data; that is, the entries of the decision matrix and weights are specified in terms of fuzzy numbers. The method can be implemented within GIS environment using fuzzy arithmetic operations.
