Fuzzy Screening

Fuzzy screening requires only a nonnumerical scale for the evaluation of alternatives with respect to a number of attributes. The question underlying this procedure is whether or not an alternative satisfied some threshold. The procedure results in dividing the set of alternatives into two subsets: acceptable (feasible) and unacceptable (infeasible). It allows for assigning to each criterion a different degree of importance.
