Scenario Simulation And Comparison

Based on a changed set of ground assumptions (such as changes proposed in a design alternative), the effects on the state of an area can be simulated and displayed, and the outcome shown to stakeholders. Furthermore, comparison can be made between the current state of the area and the simulated outcome of a design alternative, or between the simulated outcome of two or more different design alternatives, and the comparison results shown to stakeholders.
